RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope your Rowley Hesselballe purchase is exactly what you were looking for, but in the event that it is not quite right we will happily refund your item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you would like to make a return. You have a further 14 days from receiving the return label to ship the item back to us, after that the label will be void and returns not accepted.
We offer free returns for the UK only.

In order for us to process your return quickly please follow the below returns instructions.
- All goods must have original tags on and returned in their original packaging.
- All products must not be worn, washed or altered and must be free of makeup, marks, stains, pet hair, floor debris and pin marks.
- To arrange please send us an email at info@rowleyhesselballe.com to request a returns label.
- Attach the return label received to the package.
- Drop off at your local Post Office or Royal Main location.
Outside UK
Orders to outside of the UK can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note taxes and customs charges are non-refundable and any return shipping charges are deducted from the return. Please contact us at info@rowleyhesselballe.com to arrange.
