UNFORGETTABLE WEDDINGS OF ALL TIME, FROM ROYAL FAMILY TO HOLLYWOOD STARS

From the legendary wedding day of Princess Diana and Prince Charles to the extraordinary ceremony of the Victoria & David Beckham, we have compiled a list of unforgettable weddings from past to present.

Jacqueline Bouvier & John F. Kennedy (1953)

Audrey Hepburn & Mel Ferrer (1954)

Hepburn once said she wanted to be "really married" if she was going to get married. And after an interesting official ceremony in Switzerland, the star was "really married" for 14 years.

Marilyn Monroe & Joe DiMaggio (1954)

Everyone may have a question about the couple's compatibility, but those who see them always say their attraction is undeniable. Although the bride is a Hollywood star and the future Hall-of-Famer, the two said yes to each other in 1954 in San Francisco City Hall.

Grace Kelly & Prince Rainier (1956)

Does the wedding dress look familiar to you? You are looking at the dress that designer Sarah Burton's was inspired by when designing Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge's gown. Kelly met Prince Rainier of Monaco while part of the US delegation at the Cannes Film Festival. For her wedding, she chose to wear a surprisingly cinematic dress designed by MGM costume designer Helen Rose.

Elizabeth Taylor & Richard Burton (1964)

The couple fell in love on the set of the 1961 movie Cleopatra. The production of this movie cost $ 44 million, while the estimated value of Taylor's jewellery collection is approximately $ 100 million!

Bianca Macias & Mick Jagger (1971)

Bianca and Jagger met at a Rolling Stones party. The couple's wedding ceremony was also just like a party! Bianca chose a Saint Laurent dress for the big day.

Lady Diana Spencer & Prince Charles (1981)

750 million people were ready to watch the couple's wedding ceremony. It would be so difficult to pick just one single memory of this ceremony. Diana's wedding dress, tiara… and we can never forget the ring, the 18k oval sapphire, which will eventually be worn on Kate Middleton's finger 30 years later.

Victoria Adams & David Beckham (1999)

The $ 17,000 crown, the $ 100,000 Vera Wang wedding gown and the matching purple reception gowns… everything about this wedding was truly unorthodox. For some, it was definitely very outrageous. But guess who's still married?

Jennifer Aniston & Brad Pitt (2000)

We all know how this marriage turned out, but whatever happens, the best wedding photos of the time came from this couple. Aniston was dazzling in the Lawrence Steele gown and Pitt in the Hedi Slimane tuxedo.

Katie Holmes & Tom Cruise (2006)

"Yes," Tom Cruise told Katie Holmes in 2006 in the finest part of Italy in his Armani tux. The two chose the Maldives for their honeymoon.

Kate Middleton & Prince William (2011)

A real prince, Westminster Abbey and a real tiara that almost every young girl dreams of.

Kate Moss & Jamie Hince (2011)

The supermodel opted for a 20s-inspired John Galliano gown in true Moss style. The hair of the model was entrusted to the hair artist Sam McKnight. When it comes to a wedding photographer and Mario Testino takes your snaps you can only imagine how good they turned out!

Chrissy Teigen & John Legend (2013)

This couple will always continue to be a couple of our dreams. Of course, so was the wedding that took place in Lake Como in 2013… With three separate Vera Wang wedding gowns, Teigen got married to the love of her life in an Italian ceremony that was completed with a performance by Stevie Wonder.

The wedding was held in St. Paul's Church, followed by a reception at Kensington Palace Gardens. A few weeks later, the celebrations continued with a three-day getaway to Marrakech. The bride wore Peter Dundas's custom floral print gown for the second ceremony at Beldi Country Club.

Meghan Markle & Prince Harry (2018)

The American actress wore a wedding dress with 55 embroidered flowers representing Commonwealth countries, designed by Givenchy's Creative Director Clare Waight Keller while marrying Europe's most famous bachelor. A total of six hundred guests attended the wedding ceremony, which took place at St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle. Later that evening, Prince Charles hosted a 200-person dinner at Frogmore House. The bride wore a Stella McCartney dress and put on Princess Diana's Aquamarine ring.
